*I* catch frogs by sneaking up behind them and grabbing them. That was the only fair way to do it when I was growing up.
But I learned this weekend that the sneaking method is really way better suited to bull frogs (who are much bigger and slightly slower), than it is to the smaller species. Most people who had smaller frogs like this one used nets.
