This is one of our wedding photos. Our 6th anniversary was June 28th and I found them while packing.

I tried to do a self-portrait with the timer. I had some trouble with the focus and didn’t feel like spending too much time in the rain working on it, but the result is an interesting image at least. Evelyn’s head looks like a little cone-head tumor.

I’m not quite sure how to feel about this photo. I think I’m glad that I took it, because these were the only ones I took yesterday. But, knowing now that it must be my photo of the day, I’m a little disappointed that Evelyn and I decided to play with the camera before we’d at least gotten dressed!

Evelyn doesn’t use a stroller/pushchair. I carry her everywhere instead. We have a few different carriers, but here is our shadow with her in the Ergo on my back. My mother brought me a cheap fleece jacket and I ripped the seam along the yoke so I can wear it and Evelyn’s little head sticks out.
